By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the transmission and use of your email address by MailChimp on our behalf as described below. We have concluded a contract with MailChimp based on the so-called EU standard contractual clauses. On our behalf, MailChimp sends out our newsletter and manages our subscriber list. Furthermore, MailChimp offers possibilities to statistically evaluate usage data. As a matter of principle, we only evaluate data on a group basis within the scope of MailChimp’s configuration options. This means that we can only generate statistics on a large number of users and an individual evaluation does not take place. However, we would like to point out that MailChimp uses Google Analytics, which we do not have access to and which cannot be influenced by us. If you do not wish to have your usage behavior evaluated by MailChimp via Google Analytics, you can object to this by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de  .
When you sign up for the newsletter on our site, MailChimp sends you an email on our behalf to confirm your subscription to our newsletter (“double opt in”). For this double opt in email, your email address will initially be stored fleetingly for this purpose only. If you have confirmed the newsletter registration with the double opt in, your email address will be stored permanently by MailChimp until you object to further use. To prove the actual registration and to defend against accusations of unsolicited newsletter transmission, MailChimp stores the date of registration and the IP address under which the registration took place. The IP address is not used for any other purpose.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the provider or directly with us at info@demulsan.pt and thus revoke your consent.

Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking
We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” on our website and in this context conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers.

This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that personally identifies users. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO from the legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the analysis of the effect and efficiency of this advertising.
