Autumn mixture forest walk
A very nice blend for your diffuser that will make you breathe and relax, giving you the feeling of an autumnal walk in the woods:
3 drops of spruce oil – These oils have a fresh, woody scent reminiscent of coniferous trees and are often associated with the feeling of walking in the woods.
2 drops of cypress oil – It has a slightly spicy, earthy scent, reminiscent of the undergrowth and the forest floor.
2 drops of cedarwood oil – This oil has a warm, woody scent reminiscent of the bark of trees.
1 drop Juniper Berry – This oil has a fresh, slightly resinous scent reminiscent of the cool forest air.
1 drop of eucalyptus oil – For a slightly cool, refreshing note reminiscent of the clear forest air.
Safety and dilution
If you are asthmatic, please proceed with caution. We recommend gently sniffing the cap of each oil first to make sure there is no sensitivity.
Safety for children: You can use this mixture without hesitation around children of all ages.
Pet safety: make sure your pets have somewhere else to go if they don’t like the aroma.
